How we started

From a small batch dream to your favorite dessert parlor

It began with a single ice cream machine and recipes perfected over years. Friends and neighbors lined up for our creations, and we knew we'd found our calling. Now we're here on the corner, scooping the same carefully crafted gelato and ice cream every single day.

We arrive before sunrise to prepare our daily batches — tempering chocolate, roasting nuts, cooking custard. By opening time, the case is full of flavors made that morning. It's meticulous, sometimes exhausting work, and there's no greater reward than seeing someone's face light up when they taste something we've made.
