When you reserve a spot at our parlor we'll hold it for you. If your plans shift, let us know early so we can welcome someone else. We may release your space if you're running very late without letting us know.
Our menu of gelato and ice cream flavors, along with pricing, is offered in good faith and may change as the seasons turn and ingredients vary. If something you've ordered is unavailable, we'll always suggest the next best flavor we're scooping that day.
For custom flavor requests we need several days' notice and may ask for a deposit to reserve ingredients. If you need to cancel, reach out right away and we'll work with you as fairly as we can.
